REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”) offered by iTrust Capital, Inc. d/b/a iTrustCapital Inc. (“iTrust”). By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the iTrust Terms of Service and iTrust Privacy Policy.

Program Description

If you are a Registered User of iTrust (a “Registered User” is a person who has accessed the iTrust website and registered their real name, email address, and phone number), you are eligible to be rewarded a $100 USD referral reward (a "Referral Reward") for each individual you refer to iTrust who becomes an iTrust Customer (a “Customer” is a Registered User who validly opens an IRA account with iTrust, including passing know-your-customer and other compliance procedures, and funds their account).

iTrust will pay the Referral Reward to your bank account using the payment processor of our choice. The Referral Reward will be paid within 45 days of the event of the Customer you referred funding their account.

To participate, visit your referral page on the iTrust website or in the iTrust app. There you will find your Referral Link that you can share with friends, colleagues, or other associates. You may not refer a family member as a part of this Program.

If you have not claimed your Referral Reward or provided necessary information to us for us to send you your Referral Reward within 30 days of qualifying for the Referral Reward, iTrust will cancel that Referral Reward and you will no longer be eligible for that Referral Reward.

Program Period

This program commences on November 15, 2021, and will continue for six months or until iTrust, in its sole discretion, announces its conclusion of the Program, including, without limitation, through notice on our website, the removal of the Program enrollment page, or direct correspondence (the “Program Period”). We also reserve the right to extend the program beyond six months.

Enrollment

To enroll, you must:

  1. Agree to these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service, and the iTrust Privacy Policy.

  2. Enroll in the promotion by sharing your Referral Link.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be a Registered User of iTrust and agree to these Program Terms.

In order to receive a Referral Reward for a new Customer that you have referred, the Customer must not have an existing account with iTrust or have used the same identifying information (e.g., SSN, phone number, or email address) to enroll as a Customer at iTrust. To receive a Referral Reward for a Customer you referred, the Customer must (i) meet all eligibility requirements (as stated on the applicable enrollment promotion) and be approved to use the iTrust platform, (ii) satisfy the applicable criteria for the enrollment promotion and (iii) must not be a family member of yours.

Attempts to create fake accounts, receive a Referral Reward for referring yourself, engage in fraud with respect to the Program, or otherwise violate these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service, or applicable laws, will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any benefits or funds awarded during this Program, and referral to any appropriate credit and/or law enforcement authorities.

Employees of iTrust or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

Other Important Terms and Conditions

Any notices, disputes, or issues arising from this Program will be subject to provisions and procedures set forth in the iTrust Terms of Service. To the extent there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the iTrust Terms of Service, these Program Terms shall prevail.

iTrust reserves the right to alter, change, and/or terminate, at any time and for any reason, these Program Terms and/or the Program, which may result in the cancellation of a Referral Reward that we do not have the information to pay to you, provided that iTrust first provides written notice, including through electronic means, to you. In addition, iTrust reserves the right to immediately disqualify you from the Program if you have violated these Program Terms, or if you have, in its sole determination, engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, or otherwise misused the Program.

FAQ: Referral Program Reward

  • When do I get paid?

Payments are processed and sent on a monthly basis. Your payment will be sent within the cycle you become eligible

  • How will I get paid?

Reward payments are currently sent via Veem or Paypal. You will need to register a Veem or PayPal account in order to receive your reward.

  • How many people can I refer?

Subject to the terms and conditions, there is no limit to the amount of referral bonuses you may earn.

  • Do I need to pay taxes on my referral rewards?

iTrustCapital does not provide tax advice. You will be required to complete a W-9 once surpassing $600 in referral earnings per calendar year.

NEW ACCOUNT FUNDING REWARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These New Account Funding Reward Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the New Account Funding Rewards Program (the “Program”) offered by iTrust Capital, Inc. d/b/a iTrustCapital Inc. (“iTrust,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the iTrust Terms of Service and iTrust Privacy Policy.

Program Description

If you are directed to the iTrust website through certain qualified links, and you create and fund a new IRA with us, you may be eligible for a $100 USD funding reward (the “Reward”) deposited directly into your newly created and funded IRA. If you are not already a Customer of iTrust (a “Customer” is a person who has accessed the iTrust website and registered their real name, email address, and phone number, and validly opened an IRA with iTrust, including passing know-your-customer and other compliance procedures, and funded an iTrust IRA), you must become a Customer.

iTrust will deposit the Reward directly into your newly created and funded IRA within 45 days of the creation and funding of the IRA.

The Reward will not contribute to your annual contribution limit. Rollover IRAs are not eligible for this Program and will not receive a Reward.

Program Period
